Description:

SAMSOF CAT® is a hot water dispersible cationic softener in free flowing granular solids. It gives easy dispersion in water which has high cationic charges. It is useful for exhaustion method and gives uniform deposition on cotton, polyester and its blends. It provides excellent soft hand feel, very pleasant surface smoothness to the fabrics without impairing the tone of dyed fabrics.

Special Features:

• Easily dispersible, dispersion can be achieved by minimum stirring.
• Particle size of dispersion is very fine, provides uniform deposition.
• Significantly improves sewability of knitted goods.
• Can be used on white fabrics.

Uses and Applications:

SAMSOF  CAT®  can be safely & conveniently applied by exhaustion as well as by padding methods. We recommend to prepare 10% dispersion of the product and to use 10-30 g/l of that 10% dispersion for padding used at 80-85% expression.

For exhaustion use 10% solution at 2-3 % of weight of fabric.

Use face shields, protective clothing, hand gloves & gum-boots for handling SAMSOF CAT®

Avoid contact with skin & eyes. If splashes enter eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and continue washing for 10-15 minutes, seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. Remove soiled or soaked clothing immediately.
