Description:

SAMSOP  APF ®  is non foaming polymer based soaping agent for removing unfixed & hydrolyzed dyes from the fabric after dyeing process. It is narrow range controlled molecular weight polymer specially designed for providing maximum soaping action. It is sometimes called as washing off agents.

SAMSOP  APF ®  can be used as general purpose soaping or washing off agent in all types of dying operations. Recommended dozes for different operations are given below:

Recommended dosages:

Continuous Process                 :           1-2 g/l

Semi-continuous Process         :           2-4 g/l

Batch Process                          :           1-2 g/l

Handling and Safety Instructions:

Use face shields, protective clothing, hand gloves & gum-boots for handling SAMSOP APF®

Avoid contact with skin & eyes. If splashes enter eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and continue washing for 10-15 minutes, seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. Remove soiled or soaked clothing immediately.
