This reference cement allows you to validate your process of applying the CEN 196-1 and CEN 196-9 standards by comparing your expected results with results obtained by European reference laboratories.

PARTICIPATION AND PERFORMANCE OF TESTS

An Interlaboratory test campaign is organized each year by Atil. In particular, the following are participating in the Cement Industry laboratories in France and in Europe, the laboratories of Cement Users and research and control centers in the field of construction materials.

This participation is compulsory for laboratories accredited by Cofrac for tests on cements. The tests are carried out according to standardized methods when they exist and according to current and traditional methods otherwise.

STATIC ANALYSIS

The elimination of outliers is performed at the 98% level by Student’s test. A reiteration is fixed at this threshold, in order to keep only the values ​​attached to the “Normal or Gaussian” distribution and entirely defined by the two parameters: mean and standard deviation. The coefficient of variation symbolized by “V” is the ratio between the standard deviation “” and the mean “X”.

• after 1000 tests;
• when using another type of manometric liquid, another type of filter paper, a new pressure gauge tube or a new perforated disc;
• in the event of systematic deviations from the secondary reference cement.
