GENERAL CHARACTERICTICS (COMMON)
This furnace model is technically designed with the most advance
types of isolating fibersa and heating elements of the present market,
which allows to obtain a very high teperature range in a shorter time
than the rest of the market furnaces built with conventional refractory.
It also has a perfect thermal isolation and without and without
noticeable inertais to eliminate in teh internal chamber construction
(side, ceiling and bottom). The refractory is of ceramic type, except
for the bottom manufactured with high temperature refractory, with a
high degree of aluminum content and melting pint, allowing for the
introduction of parts, crucibles, samples or objects of a certain
consistency and weight without danger of sinking or cracking.
The fiber plates that compose the sides and the ceiling of the chamber
are supported by a double chamber of ceramic refractory plates of the
same type as the bottom plate.
Homogeneity: +-5% Stability: +-2ºC
Maximum function temperature in peak during limited time -50ºC.
Continuous regime work temperature -100ºC. m
Isolation: 25 and 50mm thick fiber on hot face of the chamber.
