NucleoCounter® NC-100™ – for total counting of mammalian cells and viability

and the NucleoCounter® NC-3000™, a revolutionary instrument for advanced cell analyses, a full-spectrum fluorescence microscope which provides precise automated detection, quantification and analysis of fluorescence at the single cell level.
NucleoCounters are integrated fluorescence microscopes designed to detect signals from the fluorescent dye propidium iodide (PI) bound to DNA. Results from the NucleoCounter represent either total or nonviable cell concentration, depending on the sample preparation.
NucleoCounter® NC-100+™
The NucleoCounter NC-100+ can count Avian Cells, Fish cells, Insect Cells, Mammalian Cells or Plant Cells.
The NucleoCounter NC-100+ has 9 different levels of sensitivity, which can be adjusted to count the different types of cells.
Type 1 is the least sensitive and should be used for the counting of mammalian cells.
The optimal level of sensitivity should be chosen using the software NucleoView in collaboration with ChemoMetec A/S.
NucleoCounter® NC-200™
